Coffee, 1/2 decaf with soy milk and a little Silk soy creamer.

coconut water, 1 cup

1/2 cup soy milk, mostly decaf coffee with a splash of Silk soy creamer.

Yum, my first time making dal. 1 cup dal with 1/2 cup rice. It was a success!
